About the role

The Operator / Club Automation Staff member will work in one of our entertainment clubs across various locations in Croatia. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of gaming machines, assisting guests, handling cash transactions and supporting hospitality services in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and perform basic maintenance on gambling machines.
• Assist visitors with inquiries, provide information and promote club offers.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments and payouts at the cash desk.
• Perform hospitality duties such as serving drinks and maintaining a clean environment.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Strong communication, friendliness and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliability, precision and responsibility in task execution.
• Team spirit and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
