About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible caregiver to join our small, family‑run residence, Villa Elisa, located in the peaceful village of Šišan. You will support elderly residents in their daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care such as hygiene, dressing, mobility assistance, and feeding.
- Assist residents with basic daily activities and ensure their safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive, person‑centered care.
- Help create a warm, secure atmosphere within the home.
Required profile
- Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Willingness to work with older adults.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
