About the role

We are looking for a qualified teacher to deliver electrical engineering courses for adult learners. The position involves preparing and conducting theoretical and practical lessons, either online, in‑person or in a blended format, according to program needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and/or practical electrical engineering classes to adult students.
• Conduct lessons online, face‑to‑face or in a hybrid mode as required.
• Prepare teaching materials, course content and assessment tools.
• Organise and evaluate knowledge checks and learning outcomes.
• Maintain records of teaching activities and student attendance.
• Participate in the development and adaptation of adult‑education programmes in electrical engineering.
• Collaborate with the andragogical manager, director and other staff members.
• Assist in the organisation of exams and final assessments.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in electrical engineering.
• Pedagogical or andragogical qualifications for adult education.
• Professional experience in the electrical engineering field.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Responsible, organised and motivated to work with adult learners.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Computer literacy.
