About the role

We are looking for an experienced and self‑reliant cook to prepare daily dishes and menus of traditional domestic cuisine in our kitchen located in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare and cook daily meals and set menus.
• Produce a variety of dishes from the local culinary tradition.
• Organise workflow within the kitchen and coordinate tasks.
• Manage ingredients, ensuring rational use of stock and minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and work area.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene standards and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a cook or chef.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of dishes.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong organisational habits.
• Neatness and dedication to delivering high‑quality meals.
