About the role

We are looking for a motivated chef to join our wine bar team in Zagreb. The role involves preparing breakfast items in the morning and assembling tasting plates paired with wines in the afternoon. You will work in a dynamic environment that values quality, cleanliness, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Morning shift: prepare and present breakfast dishes.
• Afternoon shift: arrange tasting plates to accompany wine selections.
• Perform minimal thermal food preparation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area throughout each shift.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and support a team‑oriented atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar kitchen or restaurant roles.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to team standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Attention to detail, neatness, and a strong desire to learn.

Required skills

• Permanent contract with a six‑month probation period.
