About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitary and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Continuously improve recipes and cooking techniques.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven experience working independently as a chef.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high culinary standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing learning and professional development.
