About the role

We are seeking an experienced cook to independently prepare all types of dishes, ensure quality and presentation, and follow HACCP procedures in our hotel kitchen in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Independent preparation of all dishes according to procedures, professional standards and written/oral instructions, adhering to HACCP.
• Independent quality and quantity control of meals based on menus and chef tasks.
• Care for appearance and presentation of food and serving meals according to procedures.
• Knowledge and compliance with norms and kitchen administration.
• Receiving and issuing kitchen goods in line with prescribed procedures.
• Prioritising work processes within the shift.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the space, inventory and staff according to sanitary regulations.
• Regular shift work according to hotel needs.

Required profile

• Cook with at least 3 years of experience in food preparation.
• Proactive participation in standard kitchen maintenance and food handling processes.
• Good communication and adaptability to teamwork.
