About the role

We are looking for a responsible and precise Quality Controller to join our growing production team in Zagreb. You will ensure that every product meets our technical specifications and quality standards before it reaches the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect product quality throughout the manufacturing process and prior to shipment.
• Verify dimensions and workmanship against technical documentation.
• Perform visual checks of finished goods.
• Measure components using appropriate measuring tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and related documents.
• Record inspection results and any deviations.
• Identify and report non‑conformities.
• Collaborate with production staff to maintain product quality.
• Monitor compliance with quality requirements during production.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a technical focus.
• Attention to detail, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new knowledge.

Required skills

• Reading technical drawings.
• Using measuring tools.
• Understanding technical documentation.
