About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join our friendly team at a hospitality venue near Rebro Hospital in the Maksimir district. The position offers a pleasant, dynamic environment with a predictable schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar; deep cleaning is handled by an external firm daily.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register.
  • Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Required profile

  • Good communication skills, neat appearance, and reliability.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

  • Basic cash handling.
  • Ability to serve drinks efficiently.

What we offer

  • Permanent full‑time contract.
  • Shift schedule between 06:00 and 19:00, with one working weekend followed by three free weekends.
  • Regular salary payments, plus Christmas and Easter bonuses.
  • A pleasant work environment.
