About the role
We are looking for a friendly and efficient waiter to join our team at Jolie Petite Patisserie, a boutique patisserie and coffee bar in Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a high standard of service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Serve coffee, beverages and pastries to customers.
- Issue invoices and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area and inventory.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the venue manager.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
- Good communication skills, fast and flexible work style.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
