About the role

The restaurant of Esplanade Oleander is looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join its team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Provide information about menu items and give recommendations.
• Manage stock levels and conduct inventory checks.
• Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
• Uphold service standards and hospitality throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter.
• Basic knowledge of drink preparation.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude.
• Team spirit, responsibility and flexibility with working hours.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
