About the role

Join KRAŠ, a leading Croatian confectionery manufacturer, as a Production Assistant in the pastry department. You will work on the packaging line, handling both manual and automated processes to ensure our sweet products reach customers in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manually and mechanically pack all types of confectionery products.
• Apply labels to packaging using labeling equipment.
• Verify product weights and expiration dates for accuracy.
• Supply workstations with packaging materials.
• Seal unit and transport packages.
• Prepare raw materials and semi‑finished goods for production.
• Perform physical tasks related to dough, semi‑finished products, and finished goods.
• Carry out moderately complex tasks independently, with occasional supervision.

Required profile

• Possession of a KV/SSS certificate.
• Previous experience in similar production roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Responsible attitude and willingness to work in a team.
• Readiness to work in three shifts.
