IT Support & System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support & System Administrator to maintain and develop our on‑premises IT infrastructure for around 200 users. The role combines first‑ and second‑level user support with system and network administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st level support for users and clients, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 client machines and Dell/HP hardware.
• Manage tickets, monitoring and IT processes using ManageEngine.
• Document incidents, changes and solutions clearly.
• Administer Windows Server 2019/2025, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Support network infrastructure: switches, VLANs, routing, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Work with Ubiquiti switches, controllers and access points.
• Maintain endpoint security with WithSecure and support Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Participate in maintenance, updates, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the IT environment.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions, preferably WithSecure.
• Practical experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and file permissions.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN and firewall rules.
• Structured, independent working style with good troubleshooting skills.
• Professional communication and willingness to document work and share knowledge.
