About the role

Due to increased business volume and new projects, we are seeking a professional to implement ERP and CRM application solutions for commercial enterprises. The consultant will act as a coordinator between clients and our development department, ensuring that implementations meet quality standards and deadlines. No prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for meeting project deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate activities with the development department to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Test the business application, implement it at the client site, create user guides, and assist users in effectively utilizing the system.

Required profile

• No prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required; willingness to learn and undergo training is essential.
• Familiarity with economic and accounting concepts and processes in real‑sector enterprises is advantageous.
• Proven experience in help‑desk support and/or leading implementation projects for business applications.
