About the role
We are seeking an experienced chef who specializes in traditional Croatian dishes and Mediterranean cuisine to work in our organized kitchen located in the centre of Zagreb.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of domestic Croatian and Mediterranean meals.
- Develop and test new dishes while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organize workflow and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Croatian and Mediterranean cooking.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for dish creation.
- Strong sense of organization and teamwork.
- Commitment to hygiene standards and a professional attitude.
