About the role

Multilingual Talent Solutions is seeking qualified Electrical Engineers (male/female) to work on a variety of energy and industrial projects in Croatia and abroad. The positions cover design, commissioning, and maintenance of power plants, substations, renewable energy installations and industrial automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design of power generation facilities, substations and low‑, medium‑ and high‑voltage installations.
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and BIM models for industrial systems.
• Perform commissioning, testing and start‑up activities on site.
• Implement protective relaying, automation and control solutions.
• Support projects involving solar, wind, battery storage and other renewable technologies.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or final‑year student.
• Strong interest in power engineering, industrial automation or renewable energy.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English (preferred).
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
