About the role
We are looking for an independent accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for our company in Sesvete. The role involves handling all bookkeeping, tax, payroll and statutory reporting tasks in compliance with Croatian regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete accounting records for the company, including posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Calculate and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Manage personnel records, process payroll and related allowances.
- Prepare final accounts such as GFI, balance sheet, RDG and PD forms.
- Compile and submit statutory, tax and statistical reports to the authorities.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
- Experience in full‑cycle accounting, VAT processing and payroll administration.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
