Freelance Lead Auditor – TISAX (Defense & Aerospace)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Auditor with TISAX certification to conduct audit campaigns on a freelance, call‑based basis for organisations operating in the defence, security and aerospace sectors in Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive TISAX audit programmes in line with the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange framework.
• Lead and coordinate audit teams, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to TISAX methodology.
• Assess compliance, identify non‑conformities and security gaps, and produce detailed audit reports with recommendations.
• Communicate audit scope, timelines and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including defence and security clients.
• Maintain audit records, evidence trails and documentation in strict accordance with confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Valid TISAX Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional auditing experience, including at least 3 years of TISAX assessments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Flexible availability to work on call‑based audit campaigns.
• Eligibility for security clearance to work with defence and security sector organisations.
