About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Order Receptionist for food delivery. You will be the first point of contact for customers placing delivery orders, ensuring each request is recorded accurately and processed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming food delivery orders via phone, email or online platforms.
• Verify order details, customer information and delivery addresses.
• Communicate order status and any issues to the kitchen and delivery staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all orders in the company system.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and answer basic inquiries.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑facing or order‑processing role.
• Basic primary or secondary education.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (ability to use standard office software and order‑entry systems).
