About the role
The pastry shop Vis‑a‑vis by Vincek in Zagreb is looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join the team as sales and service staff for gluten‑free pastries and beverages. You will work directly with customers, ensuring a pleasant experience while promoting our specialised product range.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and serve a variety of gluten‑free desserts and drinks to customers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming counter area in the shop located at Tomićeva ulica 2.
- Provide accurate information about product ingredients and handle customer inquiries.
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic merchandising tasks.
Required profile
- Interest in working as a sales associate in a pastry‑shop environment.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills related to gluten‑free products.
- Team‑oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, independence, reliability, dedication and accuracy.
- Fluent in Croatian and able to communicate effectively with customers.
