About the role

The Installation & Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, assembling, servicing and maintaining equipment and tanks both in the workshop and at customer sites. The role involves ensuring safe operation, supporting field teams and contributing to the start‑up of new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, assemble, service and maintain equipment and tanks on‑site and in‑house.
• Participate in vacuuming, measuring, testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs.
• Perform field work at customer locations, coordinate and support the field team.
• Assist in first start‑up and filling of systems and units.
• Maintain safety of personnel, equipment and tools during all activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and customers.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (KV/SSS) – preferably mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial or related.
• At least 2 years experience in assembly and maintenance of industrial or process equipment.
• Experience with cryogenic equipment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and technical systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Croatia and occasionally abroad.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and at height in industrial environments.
• Driving licence category B.
