About the role

The Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, proactive leader to oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient department performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations across Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other functional areas.
• Lead, develop and motivate operational teams to maintain high service standards in line with Hilton brand requirements.
• Monitor operational results, costs and key performance indicators, implementing improvement actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and senior management to achieve the hotel’s business objectives.
• Participate actively in budgeting, operational planning and business‑enhancement projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures and Hilton standards while addressing operational challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision‑making abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Guest‑focused mindset with a commitment to service quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, costs and operational performance.
• Fluent in Croatian and English, demonstrating high professionalism and responsibility.
