About the role

We are expanding our technical team and are looking for a graduate Mechanical Engineer who enjoys product development and project leadership. You will work with demanding international customers, new technologies, and a fast‑growing production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve new and existing products in collaboration with production and customers.
• Create 3D models, technical drawings and assembly documentation in SolidWorks.
• Perform engineering calculations, dimensioning, strength analysis, tolerance definition and material/technology selection.
• Optimize existing solutions to enhance functionality, reliability and reduce production costs.
• Lead projects from concept through design, budgeting, production and implementation.
• Communicate technical requirements with customers, prepare offers and specifications.
• Support production, suppliers and external technical teams during series introduction.
• Participate in testing, measurement and validation of prototypes and finished products.
• Maintain technical documentation, work instructions and control plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent SolidWorks skills (3D modelling, assemblies, documentation).
• Ability to link technical design with real manufacturing and functional requirements.
• Experience in project management from design to implementation is desirable.
• Background in ship engineering and/or metal processing is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Responsible, proactive and results‑driven.
