About the role

Bobis d.o.o., a historic bakery based in Solin, is looking for a motivated baker to join its production team. The role involves participating in simple segments of the bakery production process while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in basic stages of the bakery production program.
• Ensure the workplace, machines, tools and raw materials are tidy and clean.
• Maintain hygiene standards for the department and its staff.
• Operate bakery machines safely in accordance with occupational safety regulations, working independently or in a team.
• Follow the HACCP system and adhere to all internal regulations and decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in production (bakery, pastry or similar) is an advantage, but motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
• Team‑player attitude and responsibility in task execution.
• Readiness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• HACCP compliance.
• Machine operation in a food‑production environment.
