About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our call centre in Zagreb. You will interact with customers in both Croatian and English, providing assistance and information about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
Provide clear information and advice on products and services.
Identify customer issues, propose appropriate solutions and ensure resolution.
Document all interactions and actions in the company’s software system.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of service offerings.

Required profile

Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
Native level fluency in Croatian.
Previous experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
Comfortable communicating by phone and handling multiple inquiries.

Required skills

Computer literacy.
Smartphone usage.
