Technical Consultant – Capital Utilization

About the role

The Capital Utilization team supports adoption and effective use of capital equipment solutions in Neurosurgery and ENT care across Croatia and Slovenia. Based in Zagreb, this role involves extensive travel to provide education, clinical support, and implementation guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical expertise on capital equipment products and therapies to customers and internal teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and educational programs to healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product implementation activities, including installation coordination, onboarding, and post‑installation follow‑up.
• Offer procedural support in operating‑room environments and conduct onsite customer education and clinical training.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and technical teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience (or advanced degree with no experience required).
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Croatia and Slovenia (approximately 60‑70% of the time).
• Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals, customers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience delivering customer‑facing technical, clinical, educational, or product support activities.
• Ability to provide procedural support in operating‑room settings.
