About the role

We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner to support Batak restaurant and production sites. The role involves managing HR processes, recruitment, employee development and HR analytics across more than 30 locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR processes, procedures and internal communication for restaurants and production facilities.
• Conduct recruitment, selection, onboarding and coordination of new hires.
• Monitor employee performance, reward systems and career development.
• Plan and deliver training programmes and identify talent potential.
• Track HR analytics, cost efficiency, turnover and location performance.
• Maintain daily communication with staff through phone calls and site visits.
• Contribute to the definition and adaptation of HR policies specific to the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
• Strong interest in the hospitality industry and daily interaction with diverse employee profiles.
• Preferable experience in employee development and HR analytics.
• Proactive, independent, adaptable and people‑focused attitude.
