About the role

The bank is looking for a proactive Banker to manage relationships with small entrepreneurs and craftsmen. You will be the main point of contact, driving sales of banking products and services while ensuring high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of small business clients.
• Conduct active sales and implement targeted campaigns.
• Identify potential micro‑clients, initiate contact and present product offerings.
• Perform primary credit risk assessment, negotiate and approve loans, and oversee disbursement.
• Handle client complaints in line with established standards.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing sales roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and autonomy.
• Willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
• Minimum secondary education with a focus on economics or a related field.
