About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant to support the Business Solutions department in implementing DMS and other enterprise applications. The role provides administrative and operational assistance to project teams while interacting with end‑users throughout implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of DMS and other business solutions.
• Assist with system configuration and testing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.
• Create and update user documentation.
• Communicate with users during implementation projects.
• Record and track user requests.
• Offer basic user support and participate in user training.
• Test new functionalities and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and service teams.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education in informatics, economics, business administration or related fields.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Responsibility, precision and willingness to learn.
• Active use of English.
• Category B driving licence.
