About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our toolroom, which plays a key role in the development and daily operations of PES production. The position involves designing, assembling, maintaining and repairing tools used across various manufacturing technologies, from metal casting and forging to plastic injection.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design and creation of new tools.
• Assemble, adapt and maintain existing tools.
• Operate classic toolmaking machines.
• Produce various devices and aids required for production.
• Refine and repair tool components and machine parts.
• Collaborate with colleagues from design, development and production.
• Eventually, independently assemble and maintain tools based on knowledge and experience.

Required profile

• Technical or equivalent secondary/college education (KV/SSS/VŠS).
• Basic knowledge of toolmaking and metalworking processes.
• Familiarity with classic toolmaking machinery.
• Technical thinking, precision and responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new knowledge.
• Ability to work independently while cooperating with team members.
• Interest in a dynamic job with diverse technical challenges.
