AI Full-Stack Engineer (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑focused Full‑Stack Engineer to build enterprise‑grade applications that embed large language model capabilities. You will work closely with customers and internal architects to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack web applications and services for AI‑enabled use cases.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services and system integrations.
• Integrate generative AI, LLMs and retrieval‑augmented generation features into workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to ensure production‑ready delivery.
• Support deployment, monitoring and operation of applications in enterprise environments.
• Guarantee reliability, security and scalability of all delivered systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to their adoption.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.
• Proficiency with front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience in back‑end development using Node.js, Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of API design, software architecture and system integration.
• Interest in AI, machine learning and generative AI (or willingness to learn).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Professional working proficiency (B2) in German and English for direct customer interaction.
