Telemach Hrvatska is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support its B2B sales channel. The role involves preparing sales documentation, coordinating orders with the warehouse and delivery service, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare required sales documentation and verify signed requests.
• Communicate and coordinate device orders with the warehouse and delivery team.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and tasks.
• Update and maintain inventory levels within the B2B sales channel.
• Coordinate with other departments involved in sales processes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Organised and proactive attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP.
