Sales Specialist – Aortic & Cardiac Surgery

Join Medtronic’s team dedicated to transforming treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions. As a Sales Specialist – Aortic & Cardiac Surgery you will partner with healthcare professionals to deliver innovative medical technologies that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting the Aortic & Cardiac Surgery portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, operating room staff and other key clinical stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of Medtronic technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop territory plans and achieve agreed sales objectives.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiovascular, cardiac surgery or vascular surgery.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and the cardiovascular clinical environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
