About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Takko Fashion store in the eastern part of Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions and ensuring the store presents a tidy, attractive environment.

Key responsibilities

Engage customers using the Smart Service approach and drive active sales.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
Handle merchandise daily, including stocking, folding and presenting clothing.
Assist in preparing promotional offers and in‑store campaigns.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the sales floor.

Required profile

Completed secondary education.
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
