About the role
The Business Unit Manager will oversee the execution of service tasks for clients, ensuring quality and timely completion. This role involves coordinating with client contacts, managing on‑site issues, and maintaining staff attendance records.
Key responsibilities
- Control and monitor the performance of service tasks at client locations according to needs.
- Communicate with client representatives to improve work quality.
- Address and resolve on‑site deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain attendance records and, with director approval, schedule staff to designated workstations.
- Identify new service opportunities, manage material inventory, and allocate resources.
- Negotiate and secure new contracts and participate in extraordinary assignments.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
