About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Takko Fashion store in the eastern part of Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions and ensuring the store presents a tidy, attractive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers using the Smart Service approach and drive active sales.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Handle merchandise daily, including stocking, folding and presenting clothing.
- Assist in preparing promotional offers and in‑store campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the sales floor.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
