About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter to join our restaurant team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to our guests while supporting the kitchen and fellow staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate politely and professionally with guests.
• Present menu items and restaurant offers to customers.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members.
• Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all work standards and professional conduct guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter (2 years preferred).
• Completed secondary education.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Polite, professional and responsible attitude.
• Guest‑oriented mindset focused on service quality.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Motivation to work in an ambitious gastronomic environment.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (minimum B1).
