About the role

We are looking for a skilled chef to work in the Matsu restaurant, preparing fresh main dishes, wok meals and sushi according to our recipes. The role involves managing ingredient freshness, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen for each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Check freshness, quantities and labeling of all ingredients each morning.
• Prepare main dishes, wok meals, sushi, sides, sauces and salads following Matsu standards.
• Finish starters, gyoza and rolls, and hand over a tidy kitchen to the next shift.

Required profile

• Quickly and accurately prepare wok and sushi dishes.
• Maintain food declarations and freshness records.
• Stay organized during peak service and remain calm under pressure.
• Assist colleagues when needed and perform all kitchen tasks, including dishwashing.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workspace and equipment.
