About the role
Join TalentWorldGroup as a Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative supporting a leading European travel‑tech platform. You will engage homeowners, introduce them to partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, assessing property suitability, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified leads to Sales Managers.
- Record detailed interaction notes and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable with warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
