Mystery Shopper – Zadar

About the role

Made to Sell is seeking a Mystery Shopper to evaluate fashion retail stores in the Zadar area. The role involves anonymously visiting shops, checking compliance with sales guidelines, and preparing detailed reports.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned fashion retail locations in Zadar anonymously, acting as a regular customer.
• Observe and assess adherence to established sales rules and customer service standards.
• Document findings promptly using the company’s online reporting system.
• Analyze collected data to identify trends or recurring issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of a final report summarizing the overall performance of the retail network.
• Communicate any critical observations to the consulting team for follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Some experience in sales, marketing or a related field, even at a basic level.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and retail environments.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work towards clear objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Good written communication skills for reporting purposes.
