About the role

The company is looking for a proactive sales manager to build and maintain relationships with small and medium‑size business customers. You will be financially responsible for your portfolio and will promote telecom and ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, manage and develop relationships with an assigned base of business customers while taking financial responsibility.
• Sell telecommunications and ICT products, services and solutions.
• Participate in creating, implementing and monitoring the sales strategy and produce forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation.
• Identify buying processes and turn them into new sales opportunities.
• Propose and coordinate development and sale of solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, acting as the main communication point.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from various teams to drive sales support activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales or direct sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and sales abilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the telecom market and preferably ICT solutions for business customers.
• Driving licence category B for client visits.
• Basic English for occasional communication; daily work is in Croatian.
