About the role

The company is looking for a Deputy Store Manager who understands the needs of professional customers, enjoys working with people, and can identify sales development opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with business clients and supporting the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with business customers and develop long‑term collaboration through meetings and project visits
• Monitor large projects and coordinate cooperation between the customer, purchasing, and sales teams
• Analyze sales results and propose actions to increase revenue
• Organise store operations and the sales team, ensuring efficient and orderly business processes
• Manage inventory levels, order goods, and conduct regular stocktakes
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, team leadership, or working with business customers
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Self‑reliance, responsibility and result‑orientation
• Preferably experience in selling tools, technical goods, construction materials or related products

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
