About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to take a key part in the operational leadership of our store while creating a positive, engaged and motivated team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operational management of the store, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Build and motivate a positive, engaged team environment and foster trust among staff.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar retail supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Good sense of the commercial aspects of business.
