About the role

The Deputy Quality Manager will support the Quality Department in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing materials and products meet the required standards. This position works closely with production teams and other internal services to maintain and continuously improve the quality management system.

Key responsibilities

• Control quality of raw materials, intermediate and finished products.
• Organise and coordinate the work of department staff, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage department activities while adhering to HACCP and ISO 9001 standards.
• Introduce new employees to work processes and monitor their performance.
• Optimize work processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain records of all controls, analyses and inspections.

Required profile

• Ensures consistent implementation and continuous improvement of the quality assurance system.
• Collaborates daily with other departments and relevant services within the scope of work.
• Proposes development policies aimed at quality enhancement.
• Conducts raw material testing related to quality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001 and IFS FOOD quality management systems.
• Familiarity with food labeling regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
