About the role
We are looking for a motivated Wellness Therapist to join our boutique hotel’s 4‑star wellness centre in Split. You will independently deliver a range of spa treatments and ensure a personalized experience for each guest.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various spa and massage treatments according to hotel standards.
- Manage the wellness reception, handling bookings and guest inquiries.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and presentation in treatment rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the wellness centre.
- Uphold the boutique hotel’s personalized service approach.
Required profile
- Neat and responsible attitude.
- At least one year of experience in a similar spa or wellness role.
- Experience in high‑category hotels is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques.
- Ability to perform diverse spa treatments.
