About the role

We are looking for a technically‑oriented, responsible and reliable professional to manage the multi‑person hyperbaric chamber in our new hyperbaric medicine clinic in Zagreb. The role bridges medicine, engineering, automation and safety systems, ensuring safe and effective HBOT sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Technical operation of the hyperbaric chamber throughout therapy cycles.
• Preparation and verification of all systems before each session.
• Monitoring technical parameters during HBOT treatments.
• Ensuring the technical integrity of the chamber and related equipment.
• Executing safety procedures and responding to alarms or deviations.
• Maintaining accurate technical records and documentation.
• Performing daily and periodic technical checks.
• Coordinating preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Communicating with equipment manufacturers and service partners.
• Participating in the development and improvement of technical and safety procedures.
• Supporting the education of the HBOT team.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Mechatronics or automation background.
• Experience with pressure systems and compressors.
• Familiarity with medical or industrial gases.
• Experience with automated machinery or complex technical equipment.
