About the role

The company is seeking a responsible, organized and analytical professional to lead the Finance and Accounting Department. You will use your expertise to ensure high‑quality financial management and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and lead the Finance and Accounting team.
• Plan and manage the company’s financial operations, including annual financial planning and budgeting.
• Oversee cash‑flow, liquidity, and cash‑receipt/expense planning.
• Secure financing sources and maintain relationships with banks.
• Monitor financial indicators and assess the company’s ability to meet obligations.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to the Management Board.
• Manage material assets, expense planning, and budget control.
• Supervise accounting, controlling, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and implement the company’s financial policy.
• Handle payroll, insurance claims, and receivables collection.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental and fire‑protection measures within the department’s scope.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar finance/accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, accounting regulations and computer applications.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility.
