About the role

Inter Cars d.o.o. is looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead its storage operations in Zadar. The role involves overseeing all warehouse processes, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and supervise all warehouse processes and activities.
• Manage daily warehouse operations and guarantee timely, quality task execution.
• Coordinate, organise and lead the warehouse team.
• Plan work assignments, distribute tasks and monitor implementation.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency, proposing process‑improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and legal regulations.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in budgeting and cost‑control of warehouse operations.
• Prepare regular operational, monthly and annual reports.
• Organise and conduct inventory counts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth goods flow.
• Support employee development, motivation and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position (warehouse manager, deputy manager, shift leader, etc.).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented, responsible and capable of independent work.
• Commitment to process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
