About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Vrlika. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations.
• Supervise and train sales staff.
• Optimize sales strategies and monitor performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Oversee inventory, orders and conduct stocktakes.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
