About the role
We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Vrlika. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations.
- Supervise and train sales staff.
- Optimize sales strategies and monitor performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports.
- Oversee inventory, orders and conduct stocktakes.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
